Return Process

Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns to be processed.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused parts in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Master Spa Parts
Affix the return label to your package and ship it back to our warehouse via a trackable carrier, noting your RMA number clearly on the exterior.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
